You betcha. Time and a half as long as I'm considered temporary, and when I get a permanent posting it'll be double time on my regular days off. Bwah.

Hey, when you get a permanent posting, you may be able to take your overtime as compensatory time in lieu of cash, too. I am able to; it's nice to be able to extend your annual leave with comp time, once you have a steady source of income.

Anyway, it's something you have to discuss with your manager. Parks Canada is pretty good about it; I don't know how the RCMP would be.
