Navigation strip woes

Okay, I'm having weird issues with my LJ Navigation Strip. I have it set to show up everywhere I go, but when I click other people's entries, not only do I lose the Navigation Strip, but in entries that are viewed in the default LJ style (as opposed to the custom style of the journal in question) I don't even get the LJ menu bar anymore.

Anyone know what's up with that?

I dunno, but I'm getting the title of everyone's post "highlighted" in a black bar. So I think LJ is having issues today.

I haven't seen either of those problems myself, but I did have LJ choke and die on my stylesheet for a while (only coughing up an error message on my journal, while my friends page in the same style worked perfectly).
