Today is the kind of day when you want to lie on the sofa with a good book. Alas, I have no sofa, no chesterfield, nothing upon which to recline. Alas!

I am especially put out as I have all these nifty new books to read. :)

Ah well. I expect that instead I shall take a shower and begin the process of getting ready to face the day. Bittersweetness ahead, I think.
