I cook like a wanton cooking goddess.

I need a wok, though. This pan is not conducive to optimal stir-fry cookage.

You know, I have a Wok that I NEVER end up using. I like my cast iron far better since the Woks don't use (even my gas) burners as efficiently as the wood and coal fires they were created for. At least that is how I feel about them. If you would like, I could clean mine up and have it shipped to you. It is just gathering dust here. It is a round bottom, "hand hammered" Wok with one long handle and one small handle. Large enough for a family, not the small kind. Just email me with the address and I will get it out to you as soon as I clean it up from storage.

If you're going to get a wok, get an electric one. It will heat more evenly than a normal one used over a stove burner. Also, if I recall your apartment correctly, your stove is kind of jammed in a corner? Electric woks can be plugged in and used on any counter space. Very handy things :)

Actually, it's my washing machine/sink that's jammed into a corner, but an electric wok sounds like it would be super useful for me.

Will keep in mind for when I have money. :)
