Stars

I must confess that I don't understand how I can be seeing more stars in the sky these days, when there have been so many smog warnings in the city.

I don't recall seeing stars like this a couple of years ago. I remember seeing stars as a little girl, but as I grew older they faded behind the smog that hung over the city. Now, when I get out of work in the evenings, the stars are back.

I'm not complaining. Just... bewildered.


Also, I miss the Godforsaken Howling Wilderness, and watching gazillions of stars in the night sky.

I hope you can get back out there soon... That's what I love about camp the most. The stars.

Actually, far better than any smog, I find any light sources good at hiding stars. Maybe the smog is blotting out the lampposts more than the stars?
