It will probably heal on it's own eventually, but you may want to call your doctor for a stitch or two to help it along.

It's not worth a stitch. It's just a flap of skin that tore away. It bleeds a lot, but a stitch or even a butterfly bandage would be massive overkill.

If you can get your hands on some styptic powder, it should cause the wound to bleed less an knit faster. The other thing I can think of is silver nitrate, but I think you have to see a doctor for that.
