Urgh...

As much as I love the Overtime Fairy, I didn't especially want to stay half an hour late yesterday. I had the misfortune of taking a call five minutes before I was scheduled to leave, and of course it was another theft. I had two yesterday.

We caught the bad guys pretty quickly on the first one. I think the police were there within about three hours of our first receiving the call. It was kind of exciting, actually. The thieves stole a piece of heavy equipment and towed it to a private residence, where we followed them and called the police. We have at least one confirmed arrest. Go us!

On the other hand, I got home late and am now tired. I also have the dentist tomorrow morning at 9:30, which means I have to get up even earlier than usual. Blargh. At least I'll be getting paid that extra half-hour.

My former bank is being a pain. I shall have to deal with them next week.

Today there will be a bit of cleaning and tidying up, probably after breakfast. I really need to sort out all these papers, for one thing, and making the bathroom sparkle will make me feel better.

I'm sorry, not that I think this is funny, rather I find it extremely cool :)
