Cleaning update #2,731,948,602

The apartment isn't clean to my satisfaction, but by the time tomorrow evening rolls around it may well pass muster.

I have people coming tomorrow at 9am to pick up the stuff I put up for grabs on Freecycle.

I still have to tidy the bedroom, and I have two loads of laundry going: one in the washing machine, the other in the dryer. I'm waiting for the dryer cycle to finish (the washing machine is done, I believe) so that I can shove that last load in and go to bed.

In non-cleaning news, ai731's gala tonight was a resounding success. Even though I was so tired I could barely see straight, I was very impressed by the quality not only of her projects, but those of the other students as well. Then there was a gathering of kindred spirits at Hurley's, where I was very good and didn't drink at all. No alcohol, at any rate.

Not to add to any clutter you may have, but... I'm moving, and not taking most of my books. And I have all the Sharpe series except for the most recent one, and am not taking them, and I know you like them, and... *sigh* In conclusion, if you're missing any, you're welcome to pillage mine and complete your collection.

I believe that one is at my mother's, so I can dig it out for you sometime during the coming week (or, at least, I can try).

... My sister requested some of my books, but you're welcome to pop by sometime and cart away anything that looks interesting... I'll be in Montreal Thursday night, and next weekend, so whenever.
