I'm back to my old posting habits when I don't have net access at work, which means that I'm not posting updates. When I get home I'm usually too burnt to really want to write about how frustrating the office was, or all the small random things that I thought up during the day. I often don't even remember them by the time I get home anyway.
I brought my bicycle home with me, and now all I have to do is find a nearby place to put air in my tires. Saturday after band practice I'll be taking it for a test run to see how long it takes me to get to work (and back), and whether I'm in good enough shape to negotiate the few hills between my place and the office. If not, I can always walk up them, but that'll obviously take more time than cycling.
I am a bad, bad mother to my kitties and forgot to buy cat food. There has been yowling and swearing as a result. It's not like they can understand my assurances that I'm sorry and that there will be foood tomorrow morning. Poor kitties.
Okay. Another episode of 24, and then to bed.

Date: 2006-03-30 12:48 pm (UTC)I used to keep an open spiral-bound notebook on my desk for JUST such a reason. You make a quick note of it, it's out of your brain so at least you're not obsessing over it, trying to remember it, and when you get home you can decide whether or not it was worth posting.
