Nonetheless, I am pleased at being employed. Apparently they have more work for me after this. *does a small jig* So I should be able to survive for most of the summer without going broke. Yay me!

The CDAS sent me an email confirming that they've received my application for a job in August as an administrative assistant. Whee! I hope I get the job, but their application deadline is only the 25th of July, so I have a while to wait.

*sigh*

Blah blah blah acquisitions blah blah blah take overs blah blah blah. Back to work.

I'm going to give myself a reward if I finish my goal of four pages today: Pirates of the Caribbean. Yay!

Doing some freelance translation for a research group that specializes in free trade. NAFTA and CUFTA and what have you.

Boring, but pays well. In fact, given that I'm only charging 60% of what a regular translator would charge, they're getting a deal out of it. :)
