I've had something that probably closesly approximates "The Barenaked Ladies' Greatest Hits" on loop in my head since Monday. It's kind of fun, actually, like a rock concert all for me inside my head. Party!

I'm probably going to take refuge at my parents' apartment tonight to do some more writing and generally just relax with their television. There must be *something* good on television on Thursdays, right? I remember Thursday used to be the big night for television.

I got some writing done at lunch. Not as much as yesterday, but it's already more than I had. The worst thing you've written is better than the best thing you never wrote, right? Right.

I don't remember what I wanted to talk about. My brain wants a vacation. Speaking of work, that job that my agency found for me is the same damned one they proposed eight months ago where I never got past the phone interview. They just didn't write it down in my file. Idiots.

I need to get back to this form I've been working on since this morning, but the prospect bores me to such an extent that I prefer to procrastinate a little while longer. Also, NaNoWriMo has done wonders for my typing skills. I can't do ten-finger typing by any stretch of the imagination, but I've typed most of this entry without looking at the keyboard. NaNo has taught me to type, albeit with typos. At least my fingers know where the delete key is.

There won't be much on network TV tonight except football, since it's American Thanksgiving. But Thursdays are generally crap for tv lately anyway, imo. Tuesdays (House) and Wednesdays (Lost) are good, but there's nothing I like to watch on Thursdays unless maybe something on TLC or whatever :)
