One year, I will actually finish a novel during NaNo. This year might well be that year.

That being said, I know there's a NaNoWriMo LJ community, but is there one specifically for Montreal WriMos?

You know who you are... :)

In other news I can't believe that we actually broke NaNoWriMo. It's sad, yet exciting in a way that so many people want to do this that they crashed the servers. ^^;

See, I can believe that we broke NaNoWriMo. That's not the part I have trouble believing. I was talking to [livejournal.com profile] caitlin about that the day or so before, because there's usually some degree of breakage.

It's the fact that we broke it this bad that has me staring on in shock.

Every year, it gets bigger, and there's no way of predicting the turnout that I can see.

I don't know if there's a real need for a Montreal NaNo LJ, because most Montreal NaNos use the NaNo-hosted Montreal board. Granted, an LJ would provide ease of checking via the friends page, but I'm wondering if it wouldn't end up splitting the Montreal NaNo community. Unless, if created, users were urged to cross-post both to the LJ and the NaNo board...

I'm not suggesting we create one. I was just wondering if one already existed. In which case, I would join.

Honestly, I keep forgetting the boards exist... ^^;
