So, yes, many thanks to [livejournal.com profile] ashforestwalker for the nifty advice on pressure points he gave me this past Saturday. Now I no longer want to throw myself through the nearest window headfirst due to migraine badness. Sure, the migraine isn't gone, but it's tolerable. Yay! Yay for tolerable!

I didn't get home until late last night, then collapsed in a heap on my bed and passed out until my alarm rang this morning. Meh. I should check my lottery ticket, to see if by any chance I'm walking around as a millionaire. Fat chance, sadly. I really wouldn't mind winning 14 million dollars, or, heck, even a few thousand wouldn't hurt at this point.

I'm thinking of heading out to the practice space on Thursday, if not tonight. Tonight will depend on the migraine. I have learned through bitter experience that migraine + drum practice = BAD.

Yes, dear reader, I'm one of those masochistic souls who will keep going until the pain is blinding before calling it quits. Otherwise, I'd never get anything done. When you've had migraines since you were seven years old, you learn to cope.

I also have lots more writing to do. I didn't catch up on Beyond the Pale this weekend, although I have a few installments that only need a bit of tweaking before I put them up. There's one which I think I'm going to rewrite entirely from a different point of view, because it doesn't work the way it is now.

...

Oh, crap. I have a post to write for Bluebook, too. Nearly forgot.

Can we tell I'm procrastinating on this report for work? There is nothing I'd like to work on less right at this moment. Bleah.

I'll try to remember to bring you some Excedrin Migraine for Saturday practice so you can try it.

I hope you feel better.

I was wondering about you. I thought maybe Canada exploded cuz I hadn't seen posts from you or [livejournal.com profile] fearsclave. I would have been sad.

Oooh! I hope you win the 14 million! You'd loan me the money to pay off that bonus so I could get out of the military and move to Canada, right? :P

Oh, sure. Are you sure you wouldn't mind the cold? :)

Well, you would have all that money, surely you could fix it so that I wouldn't have to go outside unless I just wanted to, right? I mean, y'all DO have heaters in your homes, so I would be good there. hehe

I just realized I'm asking you to be my sugar momma. HAHA!

You picked up a lottery ticket?

Yeah. Every now and then I figure "What the hell?" and splurge two bucks on a ticket. Every now and then I also win ten dollars, so I think I may break even in the end. ;)

Why?

Didn't know you gambled, is all.

Well, apart from that, I don't.

Hence my surprise and why I asked. :)
