Can I just say again?
Dec. 24th, 2004 11:44 amHow blessed I am to have you all in my life?
Am Soppy!Phnee today, I know. It's Christmas, and even though I've been stressed and a total bitch with everyone and their cousin lately, all my friends have put up with me anyway.
You guys rock. And I should know. :)
P.S. Gretzky is doing reasonably well. She has a jaunty plastic collar, which the vet had the effrontery to call an "Elizabethan" collar. She's unhappy with the situation, but her eyes have stopped leaking, and they've removed the whole growth. I declined the offer of a biopsy. I can't really afford another $150, thank you very much. I'm just going to cross my fingers and hope it doesn't come back.
She's asleep in her chair now. She really doesn't like the collar, but she's only made a few half-hearted attempts to get it off. The most amusing part, for me, is that I had to buy Visine for her to keep her right eye lubricated (on top of the antibiotics, naturally). Not special drops or anything, but Visine. It's certainly the cheapest treatment she's ever received to date. :D
The other cats are very perplexed, needless to say.
