Okay, now Vicky won't shut up. She talks at me all. bloody. day. GAH!

The worst part is, it's scenes that I can't use for MONTHS to come.

Vicky: "Wouldn't it be cool if *this* happened?"

Me: "Yes, but I have lots of other things planned first. I can't do that without breaking all sorts of continuity."

Vicky: "Who cares about continuity? It would be COOL!"

Me: "Well, actually, in this kind of story I have to pay attention to continuity. Sorry."

Vicky: "But I want you to write about it NOW!" :::whiiiiiine:::

She also bitches and whines at me when I don't have the time to write, nor pen and paper to hand. I forgot my notebook at home, not to mention my day was crazy busy today.

I should probably be posting this whine/bitch/moan session in secret_history instead. Maybe I'll cross-post it. Heh.

I had to scribble randomly on bits of paper at work today which are now shoved in my notebook. Highly messy and disorganized. :P

It taught me that if I was going to write mean things about my friends in my notebook that I should write it in a code that they wouldn't understand, and that furthermore I shouldn't leave it around where they would find it. ;)

You'll really appreciate it when you ccan finally use those notes, but of course for now you get to write to them.

Yeah, I hear ya. Mosttly I'm just finding the voices distracting and annoying, because I want to concentrate on the ideas I have for what needs to be written for now, rather than what I'll be able to write for, say, next year. :P For one thing, there's no guarantee that these ideas will even be relevant at that time. My stories have a nasty habit of evolving in ways I hadn't anticipated at all.

Now the trick is to scribble down the drabble in my notebook, and that seems to silence the voices for the time being. If I have the time/opportunity, that is. *sigh*

The Muse is a harsh, harsh mistress. ;)
