I have been craving pudding ever since I saw some "traditional english" Christmas pudding at the Provigo some months ago.

Of course, by "pudding" I mean a sort of boiled fruitcake, a solid mass, as opposed to most puddings I see in the stores....

Steamed rather than boiled. Boiling it makes it go soggy.

I'll be making my Christmas pudding soon. It's best left to mature for at least a couple of months for the flavours to mingle.
