Don't you hate it when that happens? ^_-

I don't know whether to be pleased or annoyed.
As it turns out, I was wrong. Bernard Cornwell has apparently managed to find more mischief for Richard Sharpe to get into. Now, I'm all for that, because I enjoy his writing and, hey, an author has to make a living somehow (even if I'm a little confused about how poor Sharpe will ever find time to sleep in his lifetime).
Including a short story and the new book that hasn't come out yet (Sharpe's Escape, slated to come out in April, and for which I will therefore wait until next year so I can get it in paperback, because I have all the Sharpes in paperback and am not about to change my habits), that makes twenty-two Sharpe books. Aiee!
He's also written more books in his Grail Quest although, I'm disappointed to note, there are no forthcoming Starbuck novels. I suppose Cornwell has to sleep and eat at some time in his life too.
This author is damned difficult to keep up with. Yes, I know he's been writing since 1980, but that's not an excuse, dammit! ^_-
*sigh*
It's at moments like these that I wish I had lots of money to go and buy these books right now...
