1- If you could live anywhere in the (current) world, where would you live?
Supposing I had the financial means to live there and there were no cultural barriers? Good question. Y'know, all in all, I really, really like Montreal for a lot of reasons, and for the most part I don't think I'd want to live elsewhere. However, if I were able to live somewhere with a beach where it's warm but not roastingly hot for most of the year, I would be pretty content as well. ^_^
I want to live somewhere where I can be quiet for most of my life. Am not big into the "adventure" side of thing these days for some reason...
2- If you could meet any mythological person, who would it be?
Ooh... *eyes light up* Only one? Actually, I think I'd want to meet my namesake, Daphne.
3- If you could be any God or Goddess, which would it be?
Artemis, I think. Greek goddess of the hunt. She's always appealed to me on some level, although I couldn't quite articulate why without giving it a good deal more thought than I already have. :)
4- If you could make any one crime not against the law any more, what would it be?
*ponder*
I'm not well-versed enough in legal matters to answer this question with all the seriousness it deserves. I do think that prostitution needs to be revised and certain aspects decriminalised, but I know that that's not quite the same as making it *legal*. This is more of a women's rights issue than anything else, because decriminalising certain aspects of the trade (again, please bear in mind that I know very little about this, which is why I'm hesitant to speak on the matter at all) would force it to be regulated and thus prevent the worst abuses which are perpetrated against the women who are its first victims.
...
Hm. Methinks I should look more closely into this. I'd almost forgotten about this after all this time away from the women's union at university...
5- If there were one person in the world whose existence you could snuff out, whose would it be ?^.^
Gack. No one. Don't do the whole "snuffing out" of existence thing. Live and let live. The idea squicks me, to be honest. ^^;
I could be flippant and say George W. Bush, but really? No. Couldn't do it. Wouldn't be able to live with myself knowing I'd caused the death of another human being.
