mousmeI'm amazed at how quickly my day went by, but given that I'm going to bed early and that I got up late, it sort of makes sense.
I'm going to make an effort to get up at a reasonable hour tomorrow. Well, I have to see my meds doc at eleven anyway, so it's not like I can do a repeat performance of today. :)
I am very pleased with how my meds are turning out. I haven't been this balanced in, well, about seven or eight years, all told.
I'm nowhere near perfect, of course. In fact, there's a part of me which is really quite incredulous. Quite at a loss. Waiting for the other shoe to drop. The problem is, I'm quite unaccustomed to living without every single second being a crisis. Very, very weird.
Even when I thought I was normal, back at university, I wasn't. I was closer to normal than I got later on, but I haven't been really balanced (I suppose that's a better word than "normal") since I was about seventeen. Now I appear to be well on my way to being balanced again, and it feels absolutely bizarre.
Okay. Bed. Bed is good. It's 10:30.
