Thank goodness for open spaces, because the Horse needs plenty of room to roam! Energetic, good with money and very fond of travel, Horses are the nomads of the Chinese Zodiac, roaming from one place or project to the next. Huh. I've never seen a more inaccurate description of myself, ever. I'm a total homebody, I suck at dealing with money, and I haven't travelled in years, although I do like to travel. I don't travel 'cause I have no money.

I can't say I crave love and intimacy. I like it and would like to have some, but since I don't really get any I can't say it makes me feel trapped. Love connections certainly do not come easily, and I don't think there has been a single time when I've exuded any kind of sexuality. I am *so* not a seducer, and I've never been to any A-list parties, nor do I think I'll ever be invited to one. My wit is about as sharp as a wooden spoon, and the only thing that scintillates about me is the metallic bits on my watch. I have no idea how to work a crowd. Oh, wait! Something true: I do feel inferior to my peers, but I don't drift from group to group. Actually, maybe I do, but it takes years for me to get to a new group.

Maybe I'm flattering myself, but I like to think I'm reasonably sensitive to the needs of others. Not all the time, but most of the time. I don't like taking charge because I'm too afraid of screwing up. Okay, I push others away, but I don't know if that's the key to my "success." Yeah, I don't like 9-to-5, but I do get the job done. Fair enough.

I'm more of a big-picture person, I'd like to think, and I almost never follow my whims. I agonise over decisions for far too long, in fact. I don't think I really motivate people, either. It's not really my style. I guess maybe I have to learn to appreciate what I have more than I do. Maybe. I already appreciate it. It's more than I deserve.
