Because, what else is there to do? ;)
I have nine days and three and a half hours left before I'm finally free. The countdown continues. :D
Expect to see this a lot in the next two weeks.

joane, I managed to get Saturday off (I swapped with someone), so I'll call Amanda to get directions and stuff. :)
I thought that, after I gave notice, that I might start liking my job better, or at least dislike it less, since I wouldn't be so stressed out about it. Nope. Not even a little bit, even though my clients have been pretty good today: no pointless bitching and moaning, no screaming, no yelling, no cursing. All in all, a red-letter day.
I think I may call in sick a day or seven next week. ;)
Hopefully I'll hear from Bankers soon. While I'm very good at proclaiming "Who cares if I have no job so long as I'm rid of this festering sinkhole!" I'd still like not to be jobless in the near future. Of course, I always have Chapters, or UQAM if worse comes to worst.
My supervisor actually took the news of my leaving quite well. She's a nice lady, even if she is nothing but a corporate mouthpiece. I do have to credit her that she really believes all the crap that they've been feeding her and that she consequently tries to regurgitate to me, so I can't say she's a hypocrite or anything. I think she just lacks critical distance. :)
*happy sigh*
"Soon we'll be away from here, step on the gas and wipe that tear away! One sweet dream came true today..."
