Calmer update :)

I have my car back.
As it turned out, they towed it a grand total of one block away in order to "clear the snow" which is odd since it hasn't snowed here in days. Whatever. They then charged me a freaking fortune.
I have signed over my soul to the City of Montreal to the tune of $203 Canadian. Ouch.
Luckily, it just so happens that I have $300 "spare" because I sorted out the mess with the insurance company about my car insurance, irony of ironies.
Speaking of which, in the excitement of the "where the fuck is my car?!?" moment, I'd forgotten that I had a very vivid dream last night in which I watched my car being towed away by people and running down the stairs to stop them.
As
fearsclave said: "Prophetic and uncanny."
Once I remembered it, I was vastly amused. Actually, in my dream I was living in a far nicer apartment (decorated in XVIth-century style for the bedrooms and living room and with a modern kitchen), but I was dismayed to find that if I wasn't careful I could wind up in my neighbour's apartment by opening the wrong cupboard door. I wad very surprised in my dream, as I'd lived there for a while and never encountered that problem before: turned out that the two apartments shared one of those sliding accordion-like doors whose name escapes me right now.
Right now I'm *this* close to going over to
firewillow's office to kick Annoying!Minion in the ass so hard he'll be shitting out the top of his head for the rest of his life.
I really loathe assholes like that.
*grr*
