My company has decided that my "chronic" problem of absences and tardiness (4 absences and 5 late arrivals -of two minutes or less, I might add- in the last 12 months) has become intolerable.
I knew they were going to suspend me, which is fine.
But now they've told me that they're going to monitor all my breaks on top of that and if I'm late going on or coming off my breaks they'll consider that grounds for dismissal.
