It doesn't feel like Christmas here in Fluorescent-bulb-lit-Grey-Cubicle-Land. Not even the really randomly icky Christmas decorations that are hanging from the fake ceiling are helping.
Still, it's not all bad. Not many calls from irate and demanding clients, there's snow outside (not much, but enough), I'm seeing AC for coffee after work (*crosses fingers*), and then I'll be spending Christmas Eve with the Parental Units.
My mother is home from China. I've left her several messages, but I think she's panicking and doing Christmas shopping right now.
I'm still amazed that there are almost no calls. Yesterday there were nearly four hundred of us online here, and there were over 300 people waiting in the queues. That means that there were over 700 people either being served or waiting to be served for customer service alone. Never mind the activations department, the prepaid department, accounts receivable, and the paging department.

So, yeah. No massive rush today, which is good.
Want to wish everyone happy holidays, because I lurve you all.
