Green eggs and ham
Nov. 28th, 2002 01:18 pmOkay, not really. Just my hair. But it's still cool. I like having green hair. Dunno if I'll get bored of it quickly, though.
Have major plottage for
reparo for next week. Can't wait to set it all up.
I remembered my pills *pats self on back* and am taking calls all day today. *looks at watch* Only three hours left to go... *dies of boredom and hatred of her old department*
I HATE PREPAID!!!!!
Grr...
Maybe I should pretend to be a pirate with my clients on the phone. Yaarrr! That'll scare 'em away. *solemn nod*
Speaking of pirates, am thinking of doing something nice for
fearsclave who's having a royally craptacular time of it these days, which confirms my theory that clients suck. Especially incompetent clients who use the poor representative as a scapegoat. :P
I got my Technocracy t-shirt done last night too. Originally went to the copy place near McKay on de Maisonneuve, but they were rude. The manager treated me as though I was a mentally deficient two year old, and then the other employee there told me I'd have to go elsewhere to get the photocopy of my text done, then come back to get it printed on my t-shirt.
So I told him "screw that" as politely as I could, then went to a place I'd spotted next door to
joane's apartment, where two lovely hispanic men took care of my request, were extremely polite AND did it for half the price they were charging at the first place.
And that, my friends, is the difference between good customer service and bad customer service. If the people at the first place had bothered to be polite, and hadn't ignored me at first and then treated me as though I was a waste of their precious time, I might have spent the $15 in their store.
As it is, I will now be patronising the other place, in spite of having to drive an extra 15 minutes to get there, because they're nicer and cheaper.
