I do like snow, really. I just don't like it when I have to tunnel my way in and out of parking spaces. I don't like sitting in wet pants for an hour because they're full of melted snow even after I brushed them off. I don't like getting spattered with slush and I don't like having my entire windshield obscured by slush spattered by other vehicles.

There. Rant over.

I forgot my purse at home (this is NOT a good day to be pulled over), but after that short detour I will be heading over to Nautilus for some weight training. I've decided that cardio will take place after Tai Chi, as my muscles are usually mush after two hours of intense effort. Cardio for twenty minutes or so should be more than doable-.

I'm glad I'm doing all this new exercise stuff, but I was so exhausted yesterday after the unexpected extras that it's going to take a fair deal of metaphorical self-inflicted violence to go tonight and not succumb to the temptation to go home and crash.

I think I may do some meditation either over my break in a quiet room or tonight when I get home.

*glares at keyboard* I dislike this new keyboard. The keys are very stiff and make my fingers hurt.

Work email being a pain and not getting emails through to me. May switch over to Yahoo for remainder of the day. That and work is not interesting but I still have to pay attention because it's new stuff we theoretically haven't seen yet. Bleargh.

Ooh, I think I'll go nab a hot chocolate from the machine before class starts.

***Edit***

I wasn't able to post this until now because the stupid servers at work are acting up. I hope this works. *grumble*

Cardio after Tai Chi is a brilliant way to schedule it - your muscles are limber and already warmed up, hence ready for a bout of cardio which you'll get far more out of that way. :)

I trust you have, of course, read The Bastard Operator From Hell series?

Or is "Simon Travaglia" a pseudonym of yours?

It was the "randomly kills work servers" comment that made me think of it.
