I know I shouldn't be happy about the Vampire game being cancelled, but I am. I suspect that RC didn't really want to run it anyway, concussion or no.
It's not like most of us haven't had concussions before and done just fine in spite of it. I spent a good number of nights in various hospitals with skull fractures (and attendant concussions, naturally) and was back in school a day later.
So I suspect that it wasn't all due to the concussion.
Frankly, if Poms hadn't sent out all those emails, nothing would have ever happened at all. Poor guy, I think he's the only one who's managed to work up any enthusiasm about this whole thing. RC wanted to run Deadlands, and I think he's in a snit because none of us want to play in his "let's kill all the remaining PCs" scenario. *mrraow*
Anyway, I'm still sick as a dog, so the respite is welcome to say the least. My ears have actually started to hurt, which is weird given that I have a stomach bug. I hope I'm not coming down with the other flu that's going around the office. Two flus in one would suck mightily.
Hopefully I'll feel okay enough to venture out tomorrow night to watch April torture her Mage group. I probably won't stay for more than an hour or two at most. Just long enough to see them all twitch and scream and cry. Heh heh heh...
Urgh.
Okay, it's been more than thirty-six hours without more food than a muffin and a chocolate bar at the office (that didn't sit too well either ^^;), and I'm still not hungry. This is bad. I don't even have a fever anymore.
*sigh*
I should eat something. Really.
