People are DUMB! I mean, how difficult is it to read an expiry date on a damned phone card? It's written in black and white: Use card before (insert date), funds expire after 30 days.
I mean, geez! Who the Hell would put up with the humiliation of calling up customer service just to be told they're too dumb to read a piece of paper?

Am playing phone tag with insurance people. Now they want to know if I have sheds around where I live. Sheds? What the bleeding Hell does that have to do with anything? I suppose it's a fire hazard thing or whatever. Still, it seems very random to me...
I wonder what they'd do if they came to my apartment in the morning and heard the guy downstairs hacking up a lung into his bathroom sink.
