mousmeI have found the most perfect apartment in the world!
I went to Verdun to see it, and I fell in love.
It's a big, bright, sunny 4 1/2 with high ceilings and parquet flooring. Large windows, TWO balconies, a decent–sized bathroom (although the repairs have yet to be completed), and washer–dryer outlets.
The best part? It's the only building on the street to have LILAC TREES!!!!!!!!!!
Did I mention I love lilacs? We used to have lilac trees outside my house, and there's nothing I've missed quite so much since we moved onto Dr. Penfield.
Plus, I can afford it. :)
Am awaiting the call from the landlord. If all goes well, I move in on the 1st of June.

Way to go! What part of Verdun is it in? Near Lasalle Metro? Lived down there myself (1314 Gertrude) for a year... Steph Beauregard and Seb Normandin also lived down there for a bit.
