Honey, I'm home!

mousmeDay was nice. Got up on time, wasn't rushed over breakfast. Took wrong turn with car on way to work but still wasn't late. Calls went well, made lots of sales, AHT was good, clients were nice, got good evaluation.
In short, I rock.
On the suckage meter, however, I'd say the news I got when I came home was pretty damned high. My grandfather apparently is suffering from renal failure. Of course, this is from my aunt, who is known for being a major drama–queen and going into melodramatic hysterics at the drop of a pin. So we're not sure whether he's about to die in the night, or whether this is just a further complication of the many maladies he suffers from already.
My mother will be going tomorrow to check with the residence doctor, and then she'll let my father know accordingly whether or not he should curtail his trip in Europe and come home.
Am home now because RE game was cancelled. Must admit that though I'm disappointed because I'm really enjoying the game, I'm also a bit relieved. This week was somehow really brutal in terms of work, and while I'm not as fried as I was yesterday (amazing what seven hours of sleep can do for you), I'm still Pretty Damned Tired(tm).
Must remember to ask Firewillow how the hell to get to her MU's place. I have an address and phone number but no directions.
