A few minutes' procrastination

mousmeI should really go to bed now, or I'll be really tired in the morning. Oh well. Writing in this LJ is strangely addicting. I should probably be worried, but I'm not. ;)
I'm looking forward to tomorrow's Incarnate game like nobody's business. Too bad CR won't be there -Svetlana always adds a bit more drama and certainly doesn't lack a certain ridiculous grotesqueness which is always entertaining to watch. Not to mention CR's jokes about it are pretty hilarious. Actually, all three other players have me constantly in stitches during those games. Especially the Kalinka song. I think that's one for the books.
Still, tomorrow sounds promising. Shannon will be waking up all confused and mangled after her surge, and whether or not Alvin is there it ought to make for some interesting roleplaying, unless Forthright just narrates through the hospital scenes, which would be disappointing but understandable. In that case, I'll just have to put the drama and roleplaying elsewhere. ;)
I think Nick may be starting to turn around this session, slowly but surely. Shooting poor Wendell may well be the moment of epiphany he needs in all this. Well, I certainly hope so. The campaign is only going to continue for another five weeks or so. I'd really like to see him crawl his way out of the abyss before the end of the campaign.
Forthright has given up in despair of JW's ever figuring out his plot, I think. Poor guy, I think the plot would have to come up, sit in his lap and tug on the scruffy beard he's attempting to grow before he'd notice it. Not that I actually know what's going on with that plot myself, and I'm not sure I could do a better job, but he really does seem lost.

More suffering for Shannon! Woohoo! It's all good. I'm such a masochistic freak. Love it when bad things happen to my characters.
