Well, partially. :P
This is one of the numerous reasons I'm quitting.
*sigh*
Our EMS (Emergency Messaging System) reads: "We are aware of the problems some of you may be experiencing accessing clients' accounts. Please remain online and assist the clients as best you can. Thank you for your cooperation."
Translation: "We expect you to work even though there's nothing you can tell the clients that will actually help them. Oh, and by the way, since we know this will affect your talk time in a positive way, we're going to adjust all our goals for the day to make sure you're penalised as much as possible. Oh, and we're going to reduce the staff at the help desk *and* the department for irritated customers, because we enjoy making your lives that much harder."
But I don't care anymore. ;P
