mousme66 minutes and 11 seconds, and still counting.
All I want in the world right now is NOT to be on hold, and for my client to get her refund. Is that too much to ask? She's cranky, and now I'm sure as hell cranky because I was supposed to have my break at 11 and it's now one minute past noon.
