Off to go beat things with a large stick! Yay!

April has offered to help me with the basics of swordfighting, which means I'll probably be in a bit better shape for the SCA in the future (don't expect miracles this Tuesday, mind).

*bounce bounce bounce*

I'm all giddy and silly today. All common sense seems to have fluttered happily out of the window, and somehow I don't care.

With my luck this'll all blow up in my face, but by Gad I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts. :) After all, it's not everyday one meets an apparently fantabulous person who is not only fantabulous but *actually* within a reasonable distance! Woohoo!

Did I mention she's a bibliophile and knows about gaming and the SCA and writes really well and has a cat and is really cool? No, I don't think I did, so there you go.
