I was reminded of this today for some reason. We were in PEI two summers ago, and one morning as I sat in the hotel dining room waiting for my first cup of coffee my father (an incorrigible morning person) bounced into his seat and posed that question to me.

I was momentarily nonplussed, then burst out laughing. Only in my family could a breakfast conversation start out that way.

I had another frustrating day at work, but Tai Chi rocked, and the Parental Units were in good form tonight. Had lots of fun with them, then toddled home. Will now go crash.
