I have to start going to bed earlier.
This latest trend of oversleeping is not good, not good at all. This morning I got up at exactly the time I'm supposed to leave to get to work on time. I don't think I've ever moved that fast in my life. I was out the door five minutes later and thank God the traffic wasn't too bad because I managed to make it on time anyway.
*twitch*
I'll have to stop poking around the internet at 11pm. Apparently my ability to function on very little sleep has diminished considerably since I left university. Gone are the days when I can go for three or four weeks on about ten hours of sleep.
Then again, I wasn't medicated then, so that might have a lot to do with it. Less anxiety = better sleep patterns. Better sleep patterns = sleeping eight hours a night and then oversleeping when you go to bed too late.
Tai Chi tonight, then dinner with the Parental Units, then toddling home to crash. I have another evaluation tomorrow for this new training, although I think it ought to go relatively well. There's only another two and a half weeks or so to go before the training is all finished and I head back into the trenches just in time for the Christmas rush.
Plans for this weekend:
Friday: fitness evaluation at Nautilus, then go home and die.
Saturday: Tai Chi in the morning, then maybe a quick stop at Nautilus depending on how fried I am from Tai Chi. If it's still on, spending the night at
joane's place for a girl's night. Ought to be fun. :)
Sunday: brunch with Poms (location to be determined), then spend the afternoon at the Museum of Fine Arts to see the Richelieu exhibit. Am enthused.
