The hearing aid is fixed!

mousmeI got the replacement wire today, and after some trimming (the normal length is slightly too long and pokes my ear in a way that is very uncomfy) I now have a well-fitting hearing aid today!
I worked from home for the rest of the day and took a short nap in the afternoon, which was nice but not nearly enough. Insomnia struck yesterday and I ended up not falling asleep until nearly 3am. It sucked, not going to lie. So tonight I am hopeful I will be able to get to sleep without too much difficulty. I am lucky enough that my encounters with insomnia don't usually last more than 24 hours these days.
My brain is mush. I am sure I had something else to say, but I just can't remember any of it right now.
