mousmeI made too much food for supper, and instead of being a rational adult I briefly reverted to my 10-year-old self who felt obligated to "clean her plate" because that's the polite thing to do, and I was in honest-to-goodness physical pain for a good 20 minutes. I am not sure what happened there, but I have regrets. I haven't been in pain from eating too much since I was a teenager. What the fuck, self?
Anyway, I am going to go to bed early and try to sleep this off. At least I got to take Peggy out for a nice long run earlier today, and I got in a nap, so while today wasn't super productive it also wasn't a total write-off. For now, it is time to sleep.
