Uh, yes it is. At least, I know she's knitting one blanket with this pattern. I don't know if it's the one you've seen, though. :)

I was over t'other day and she showed it off to me. It's really pretty.

I love how that in that one vertical row just before halfway point, the colours pool differently than everywhere else.
