Why do I have to be the adult here?
I'm not the one with the problem, and I'm not the one who's 33 f*cking years old!
*kicks wall*
Okay, that being said, I am going to be the adult here. I will draw my boundaries as clearly as possible, and I will make nice in social situations. I am 24 years old, I am capable of handling myself and keeping my emotions in check. I am capable of being civilised, and I will remain so at all times in this time of minor crisis.
Because that's all it is: minor.
A glitch on the radar of time.
Nothing more.
I am now going to go off and be very satisfied with myself, because if nothing else I'm going to be petty and feel good about being the bigger person here. ;)
