It's never "just a nap"

mousmeAfter coming home from the gym I sat down to do some knitting, and found myself nodding off over my needles. So I decided to have a nap... and didn't awaken until two o'clock this morning. So I set my alarm, went back to sleep, and am now awake and preparing to go to work.
Needless to say, I got nothing else done, and I am a bit annoyed about that. Still, I obviously needed the sleep.
