In the meantime, I am struggling with this stupid baby blanket. Again. After getting through four repeats with no trouble, this fifth repeat is threatening to claim my sanity. I've had to rip back about six times this week, and I've just found yet another mistake. Gnarr.

Date: 2009-08-14 06:11 pm (UTC)So, um, maybe mostly the latter, the letting-go and acceptance. It's also a reasonable evaluation of the time put into the project and the time required to go back and fix that small error. More time for you to relax or handle the other stuff is a good thing, yes?
Now, leaving a huge error because you honestly don't care would be laziness or apathy...
(Geez, I can't think of a way to say this stuff without sounding preachy. Gah. I'm envious, and I do honestly think more of us would be happier people if we didn't obsess over the mistakes that are tiny in comparison to the good stuff we do.)
