The only thing that would have made today's fillet of trout better would be if I'd caught and cleaned it myself. As it is, since I have few (read: no) opportunities for fishing, baking it in the oven with a bit of sesame oil and a sprinkling of sesame seeds was a stroke of genius.

Absolutely delicious. I don't know why I don't cook fish more often.
