I got my evaluation (a year late, but who's counting?), and was given metaphorical cookies and pats on the head.
I am an awesome employee. I rock in every possible way, except that I still have a tendency to get a little overwhelmed when the shit truly hits the fan. I still get the job done, but I need to manage my stress levels better.
In the meantime, I am now officially a part of the coaching team. I will be training n00bs from now on. Yikes!
