Ah, the joys of overtime.

My n00b is doing okay, overall. It is HARD to train someone. Oh God, is it hard. And tiring. And stressful. I have a major case of impostor syndrome at the best of times, so being responsible for the education of someone else is a huge stressor for me.

Still, we're not doing badly. I haven't jumped all over her, although I have caught myself snapping my fingers at her when she's wrong, much like I do with my cats at home. Umm, oops? She says she doesn't mind, because it grabs her attention while she's on the phone rather than my yelling at her. ;)

Also, if I have to deal with one more crazy person calling to give their theories on the disappearance of Victoria Stafford, I won't be held responsible for my actions.

As long as you don't start training her by making "Pss! PSSSSS!" noises when she's doing something wrong, I'd say you're doing all right.

Now I have to explain why I nearly spit coffee all over my monitor to my coworkers. Thanks! :P

Could be worse. They could have laid their ears back and run away...

Yeah, I suspect that wouldn't go over well. Shorts out the headsets, which then becomes a problem of itself...

Pfft...we all know it was aliens posing as CIA double agents under cover as FEMA administrators who took her for the purpose of creating a human unicorn chipmunk hybrid in a bid to control the waffle market...duh!

Hopefully Hurley's will make it all better :)
