Not a good day for a headache

It's not a migraine, but it's still unpleasant. I'm trying to make lasagna and muffins and maybe a pie in anticipation of this weekend, and it's really not helping. I really hope I'm not getting sick. That would suck on an epic scale.

The lasagna and I had a battle to the death. I stand victorious, if slightly scarred and scalded. The lasagna is also very much not friendly to the lactose-intolerant. Cheese for the win!

Sympatico is made of fail because they changed their SMTP setting-thingies without telling me, thus causing me to spend 30 precious minutes on the phone with tech support trying to figure out why my email wouldn't send.

I am going to take a bath while the lasagna cooks in the oven. After that, I will tackle either the pie or the muffins, whichever I feel like doing most.

The lasagna got put in the oven and cooked, in spite of its best efforts to thwart me. ;)

No idea if it's good. I will let people know once it's been consumed.

Oh, it wasn't actually hard to make. I just had one of those days when everything was three times as hard as it should be. I kept dropping things, I scalded myself trying to drain the noodles, I dropped more things... it wasn't really the lasagna that was the problem. ;)

that's why i like the no boil noodles. as long as you conquered that's what really matters.

i have a really good recipe for vegan lasagna if you ever need it.
