My supervisors are annoying me. They have not only fucked up my schedule for next week (thus jeopardizing my attendance at the Shindig, lest I find a way to fix this), but have also taken advantage of my generous offer to work night shift on Christmas and Boxing Day (because I knew they were short), by scheduling me to work day shift on both those days, even though I was supposed to be off.

I am so mad I could spit.

I specifically volunteered for night shift so I could spend Christmas Day with my family for the first time in six years. SIX. Every other Christmas I've had to work. Or almost every Christmas, I may be forgetting one in there. Still.

Give an inch, they take a mile.

Did I mention I'm really pissed? 'Cause I am. Lemme tell ya, I am NOT feeling the joy of the season today.

Angry (but polite) emails have been sent.

Sultry almost always works Christmas. She doesn't start until the afternoon but still...

The worst is the couple of times she's had to work NYE. That really sucks.
