My week of vacation is over. Ironically, I'm still pretty tired, because I spent it running around trying to see everyone and do everything.

I am not complaining. I had a great week.

I am making breakfast, and after that I am going to do some tidying up. The trick to keeping things clean and tidy, I have found, is to actually do the cleaning and tidying. Here's hoping I'll be able to keep it up.

I picked up a fuzzy blanket at Chapters the other day. It was on sale if you bought a lot of books, and I bought a LOT of books. It is a wonderful fuzzy blanket. I am sitting with it around my shoulders as we speak.

I am going to have a nap this afternoon. I'm starting night shift again this week, and I haven't had nearly enough sleep to do that. So, nap it is.

I am a little worried about BorderCrossing. She seems to be going through a really hard time, and while most of me wants to fix it and make it all better, I know I can't. :(

Make sure BorderCrossing comes to Hurley's often :)

It's one of the reasons I've been able to make it through these hell weeks.

It doesn't fix anything...but it does make things better. Perhaps it can do the same for her. Good friends can be the best balm even if they can do nothing but BE friends.
