Still sick. At least my throat doesn't hurt anymore. I am still attempting to drown this cold in liquids. Maybe extra alcohol tonight at Hurley's will help. ;) At the very least, I will be purchasing decongestants during my lunch break.

Today the plan is to pick up all the cans with the proceeds from my Shave to Save campaign, and the total will be tallied up tomorrow at some point and donated.

I am also getting Hallowe'en candy. Having been told in no uncertain terms that I suck for not giving out chocolate bars (love you guys: mwah!), I will be picking some up along with my "traditional" Hallowe'en candy as well. I still think it's unnatural and wrong, but there are enough people who think the opposite that I am willing to compromise. ;)

Pidgy is on his way to the SPCA, if he isn't there already. Godspeed, little guy: may you go swiftly to that great bronze statue in the sky, where there are no cats or falcons, the seeds flow without end, and the other pigeons are eternally randy.

I'm hoping Hurley's has hot rum toddies...I think those would be yummy on a cold, wet day when one has the beginnings of a cold.

As for the can. Would you prefer I bring it back tonight? Or friday?
To be honest, the people at work are mostly asshats and I doubt you'd miss out on any donations in the next two days.
