A Day In The Life
Mar. 10th, 2002 12:21 amWell, today was interesting and definitely actionpacked.
Had v. pleasant afternoon with Firewillow. We were in the process of making shepherd's pie (and teasing her cats) when her poor hubby practically crawled in the door. Poor guy apparently fell on a loose rock while fishing and mangled his ankle.
I tried to make myself helpful and applied all my first-aid training while Firewillow tried to see if the clinic at the Sanctuaire was open, which it wasn't. I held down the fort while they went to the hospital, cleaned up a little bit so poor Firewillow wouldn't come home to icky congealed pots and pans, then molested her cats some more (figuratively). Firewillow gave me the novelisation of Resident Evil II, which is regrettable but not truly awful. I think I'll be able to finish it.
Firewillow sent me an email, and I'm chatting with her on ICQ right now. Apparently Loup has mostly sprained his ankle very badly and has a hairline fracture. He'll be staying home most of the week. All good. Means I can pester him with questions for his Resident Evil oneshot.
Had dinner with Poms. Was v. enjoyable and we had fun, as always, but I'm just as confused as before. Curtana, after hearing my description of the evening, thinks he may well be on the same page as me. I certainly hope so. I've thought long and hard about this, and probably far too much as it is, but I have decided that I *do* in fact like the guy more than as a friend, and it would make me immeasurably happy if he felt the same way. *crosses her fingers*
Feeling a bit silly about this. Not to mention all nervous and giddy. Feel like a twelveyearold, dammit. Wish I had more poise about this kind of thing. Stupid social ineptitude. Wish Poms would come out and pronounce himself one way or the other. Don't want the onus to be on me. Curses. Curtana says I may have to be more direct about this, given that he's shyer than I am. More curses.
Hmm...
Lovely. I'm a nutcase. Oh well, it's not like it was a big secret. ;)

You are definitely doing some fine work for us, you evil thing you! We're proud of your efforts to corrupt the world in which we exist. We can only hope that you will continue in your efforts to be destructive and cruel in the future. While you are certainly considered an asset to us, you will find that there is still room for improvement. If you can refrain from killing them, some of the other evil people around you may give you some inspiration or ideas on how you can continue to grow in your state of being evil. At this stage you are certainly prospering sufficiently to be one of our honored friends. Come to the dark side, you know you want to!
Neat. I'm fairly evil Go me! :)
I should go plot my game now... Or maybe I'll just go to bed. ^_-
